Galt Graydon’s distinguished public-affairs career spans more than four decades in Texas. Graydon has spent the past 30 years representing corporations, trade associations, governmental entities and individuals before all branches of state government, most recently as a shareholder in the law firm of Jenkens & Gilchrist and chair of the firm’s Governmental Affairs Practice Group.

Previously, he served as senior staff to a state senator, counsel to the Senate Investigating Committee, special attorney in the U.S. Justice Department and assistant city attorney for the City of Dallas.

Machree Gibson provides exceptional representation and legal services to a broad spectrum of clients, offering in-depth insight into the workings of Texas government.

Most recently a shareholder with Jenkens & Gilchrist, Gibson previously worked in both the Texas House and Senate, and has served as assistant secretary of state and as projects director for a Texas governor.

Jay Propes is a political/strategic consultant and lobbyist with more than a decades’ worth of public-affairs experience at the state and federal levels.

Propes began his career on Capitol Hill working for Congressman Ralph Hall, where he was responsible for issues related to taxation, telecommunications, healthcare and energy/environmental policy. In Texas, Propes served as a trade association executive, then managed a political action committee that raised and contributed over a million dollars during his tenure.

Shannon Swan is a well-respected Texas lobbyist, and an incomparable resource on House and Senate rules and procedure.
